How to create a template in Gmail: Complete Guide

Click on the three dots in the bottom right corner of the window.
Find the Templates option and select Save draft as template.
Click Save as new template and name it.

How to send emails using templates


Using the created template is easy:

1. Click Compose to open a new email.
2. Click on the three dots in the bottom right corner again.
3. Select Templates and click on the desired template.
4. The content of the template is automatically loaded into the email. You can edit it before sending.

To automatically send templates, you can set up filters in Gmail:

1. Click Settings and select Filters and blocked addresses.
2. Click Create a new filter.
